Bailey Maintenance strengthens management team

Jon LucasBailey Maintenance has strengthened its senior management team with the appointment of Jon Lucas to the newly-created position of strategic accounts director.

Drawing upon more than 25 years’ experience in the maintenance sector, he will spearhead plans to expand the business and ensure it stays at the forefront of customer care.

His appointment equips Bailey Maintenance with an even greater depth of sector expertise to help it secure new contracts and deliver existing ones to the highest standards.

Jon joins the nationwide company – the specialist maintenance arm of the UK’s leading independent building services provider NG Bailey – after spending 10 years with Carillion plc, where he was operations director for the static sites division.  

He has worked with some of the biggest and best-known organisations throughout the UK. Before joining Carillion, he held senior positions with a number of other UK based building services companies.
